It’s a refreshing change to be “advised” of what services may be required ahead instead of telling you you “need” this done right now. Paul takes the time to explain and show you exactly what he suggests for service while the car is on the rack so you can see for yourself. Again, no high pressured sales pitch. It’s the only place I feel comfortable sending my daughter to knowing that when she goes in for an oil change, she won’t be taken advantage of and sold on a bunch of services that she doesn’t really need. And the fact that I send my daughter there is quite a testimonial in itself. If their goal is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, they’re doing an outstanding job. For these reasons I will continue having my cars serviced here as well as recommending this specific location to friends and family. ”
